Refund Policy

Please read our refund policy carefully before proceeding with any transactions.

1. All fees paid towards courses offered by Nexus Institute of Digital Skills (NIDS) are strictly non-refundable, except in cases where the admission is canceled by the institute.
2. If admission is canceled by NIDS, the fees paid will be eligible for a refund.
3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10–15 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
4. Only the amount paid for the canceled course will be refunded. No other fees or charges are refundable.
5. Refunds will be made using the same mode of payment as the original transaction.
6. Any transaction charges or processing fees applicable during the refund process will be deducted from the total refund amount.
7. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the administration office within the specified time period.
8. The final decision regarding refunds will be made solely by the management of NIDS.
9. Refunds will not be entertained for any reason other than cancellation of admission by the institute.
