Refund Policy
Please read our refund policy carefully before proceeding with any transactions.
- All fees paid towards courses offered by Nexus Institute of Digital Skills (NIDS) are strictly non-refundable, except in cases where the admission is canceled by the institute.
- If admission is canceled by NIDS, the fees paid will be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10–15 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
- Only the amount paid for the canceled course will be refunded. No other fees or charges are refundable.
- Refunds will be made using the same mode of payment as the original transaction.
- Any transaction charges or processing fees applicable during the refund process will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the administration office within the specified time period.
- The final decision regarding refunds will be made solely by the management of NIDS.
- Refunds will not be entertained for any reason other than cancellation of admission by the institute.
